Skull Creek

Skull Creek lies in a hillside forested with ponderosa pines and aspens near Flaming Gorge Reservoir at an elevation of 7,400 feet. The campground is partially shaded. Summer wildflowers dot the landscape.

The campground contains 17 single-family sites, each equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring. Vault toilets and drinking water are provided.

Directions

From Dutch John, UT, take US Rt. 191 south 8.7 miles to a "T" intersection (State Rt. 44). Turn right onto Rt. 44 and go 2.7 miles to campground sign. Turn right at sign into campground.
